Ubisoft disappeared with my account
About a week ago I was playing my beautiful for honor. I went to my girlfriend's house after a few days I came back to my house to play For honor. My surprise is that my Uplay account was no longer being logged in, I thought I had forgotten my password but after asking in the email to reset my password. No E-mail from ubisoft was coming, the next day. I decided to register a new account with the same email as my account. Then my surprise. E mail was accepted, I have a new account. However, she is no longer linked to any game.

So how is it possible that my account which I used daily disappeared? How is it possible that ubisoft support seem like bots that do not solve anything!. I lost 2 games, I lost money and time invested in them. Especially on for honor where I have over 900 hours of gameplay. CONGRATULATIONS UBISOFT

Turns out they delete accounts they deem inactive, you should get a 30 day peroid to cancel the deletion process (Which is still far from nearly enough time) unless they deem your account too inactive, then you're just screwed I guess.

Please be reassured that Ubisoft does not automatically close inactive accounts.

As part of our Terms of Use, in rare instances, we may immediately close inactive accounts to comply with local data protection legislation. This is only if we have strong reasons to believe that the account in question will remain unused.

We may also close long-term inactive accounts to maintain our database. You will be notified by email if we begin the process of closing your inactive account.

I used to encounter this kind of thing when I was playing Heroes Invincible VI, about ten years ago, and the game needs to be repurchased
same here today funny idk takes wtf ever it takes realy rude ubisoft well i just buy the game for long time ago & being useing it just after 6 years but i never khow jokes from ubisoft thanks for that got enough kindly things but from steam realy nothing wrong never actualy steam is best
btw if it could run it from steam i dont think things even matters
