Is there anyway to lower my MMR?

I lose like 80% of all my matches and fights. Been playing since beta (rep 376) but I guess my reflexes are just ♥♥♥♥. The only time I win is if I fight people below rep 200.

So I was wondering if there's anyway to intentionally lower my matchmaking ranking so that I can fight more people who arent as good in the game like me.

I mean, lose more matches I suppose. But that's considered griefing I'm pretty sure.
