For Honor dlc not workin

i bought the new hero but i will ask me to activate it on ubisoft like normal but when i hit ok it just says the game is linked to a different account i have made a ticket to try and fix it but just looking for ways to possalie fix while i wait

I'm having the same issue myself, did you ever get a response from support? I haven't heard anything back myself.

Yea I was signed in to my other ubi account so it activated on that acc instead of my main.lucky they moved it to my main

How long did it take for you to hear back from support? I still haven't gotten a reply yet.

not long i woke up and had a response they where surprisingly quick

well then, sadly mines gone unanswered for a couple of days now, hopefully they get around to it soon

As mentioned by Arza, for the benefit of anyone else who may find this thread, this error likely means the content has been associated with a different Ubisoft account than the base game, all content must be linked to the exact same account.
