Not really you have to learn for a few hours to even get the basics.
Matchmaking often forces new players against rep 100 and above, alot of it is just super quick lights and dodge attacks which means reaction is not alone but you must know the kits to know what can come.
And with Gryphon flagshipping every match which is a broken character as it is means he can't do anything because any gryphon can abuse dodge attacks and his ridicules 50/50 between kick and strike.
Game ain't new player friendly, mostly just chases them away
Im well aware of this.
I mean... For Honor isn't a well made game, hero roster is incredibly unbalanced, strong heroes getting more attention with buffs while weak heroes having nothing done to them, if not just more nerfs, Lore destroying the game which led to us having 2 knights this year, both having broken Feats. (Still don't know why Warmonger's corruption can be used on the commander)
I can understand why people call this game bad.
Just look at year 4, terrible lore, 2 heroes released with game breaking feats (More towards Warmonger, but Gryphon's needs a nerf) Breach is broken as all you need are 2 warmongers and bam, Commander can't be defended.
Year 3 wasn't that good either, BP was the only hero who came out a strong hero, Hitokiri is now nerfed to barely anything, Jorm being a stupid design choice, Zhanhu unfinished.
