Is there a discord server for the latest information regarding how to run For Honor on Windows 7?

Edit: Do not tell me to upgrade. I know For Honor can work on Windows 7. I have played it in the recent past with no issues. I am asking for a source of regularly updating resources for people in my situation.

Windows 7? You know you can upgrade for free to 10 or even 11? You're gonna start running into a lot of problems not just video game related.

For Honor requires Ubisoft Connect and I'm pretty sure Ubisoft Connect now requires Windows 10 to run (since arround May 2023? Not sure).

I wish Ubisoft had -at the very least- announced that their sh!tty launcher app would become Win10 exclusive. If they even did, it never reached me.

When I tried to run it on an old Win7 PC, Ubisoft Connect would just display an error. Looking it up, it has to do with it needing some Win10 feature. I couldn't find anything on how to get this specific stuff for Win7 without installing Win10.

A potential workarround would be to install an older version of Ubisoft Connect which still work on Windows 7. Then you would have to find a way to prevent this version to auto-update while also allowing it to connect to internet. It's doable in theory but I don't know if that would work to run For Honor or any 'recent' Ubi titles that requires to be online even for single player games.

I don't know about Win. 7 but . . .game runs fine on linux distros
