Old orders no longer give steel or XP

So I just entered the game and did some orders before the reset, equipped some and they stayed after reset as they always did, I just completed one of them and it did not give me anything?

Sometimes it doesnt say it does. but it still does. you know?

Yeah, just checked, compared my amount of steel before completing one and after and it did add up; still weird bug.
