1. Rock Steady - I don't think it should be a passive feat. It should be an activation with a set time and lengthy cooldown. The reason is because it counters so much, especially throws and revenge knockdown which can be the bread and butter for a number of characters (LB, Jorm, Cent etc.)
2. Last Laugh - You should be allowed to roll away from it. I would reduce the range personally.
3. Second Wind - This one I think just needs a longer cooldown. It is really annoying to widdle down someone's health only to have them regain 50HP back.
4. LB Grenades - I feel like LB should be able to throw both of his tier 3 and tier 4 grenades back to back. I think their should be some kind of delay here.
5. Oath Breaker - I like the idea of the feat. But I think it needs a limit to how many times you can use it. Like say 3 times and then that feat is done. Revenge is already in a bad spot right now. We don't need another feat that can hard counter it.
6. Catapult - Honestly I think the change to this just needs to be reverted. It takes WAY too long for it to strike. I can literally take a sip of tea after it gets called on my head and still dodge out of the way.
These are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
You can just lower the damage then it that case.
Stop blaming the feat, it's not a OHK. It's not that fast, and dmg at the rear is slow.

Problem is that's still 70 damage that you took because you died, that guy got actively rewarded for playing poorly and dying which is imo the main issue with this feat.
not so strong that i die beacue im low on health from the fight why is it fair that i then die and they still get teh points for it
This is also a bit of an issue atm (if you couldn't tell, I'm not a fan of 0 counterplay feats).
That can be a bit difficult when it's a big teamfight, legit I have lost entire games to this feat because my teammate killed someone then 4 people die in the last fight where both sides are breaking.
yeah so teh argument that arrow storm is worse as it can team wipe is null and void as this can too
My general argument is that team wipes are stupid, just that last laugh is even more stupid because of its base design.
yeah im agreeing with you and agree that certain feats *cough spear storm cough* need nerfs
Well yeah, I do agree with this, but it should still be realistic to counterplay any feat, like finishing an execution in a dominion is a rare occurrence unless you were fighting in the middle of nowhere, or what if you decided to play PK or someone who never gets to execute because low damage and lack of ways to land heavies?
