Last laugh now has enough time for you to dodge to the edge, and only deals 50~70dmg there.
As someone who enjoyed that feat very much pre-nerf, now it is much harder to end enemy.

And every time i kill someone who has last laugh i don't have enough time to roll since i'm not locked on to anyone its just a normal roll.

You can roll out of fire flask, traps and smokebomb. Arrow Storm has to be used outside and in a corner or else it’s easy to avoid. Using it while locked on kills you sometimes. Projectiles can be dodged, I don’t see how they’re any different from Second Wind anyway. Both just give you a moderate health advantage.
I think fire flask is fine. You can roll out of it while taking little damage and it’s a tier 4 feat with a long cooldown. Even if you’re inside something, very few rooms are small enough that there’s not a place for you to roll to. It can block areas, but maps have multiple to routes to the same place. Any healing feat negates it.
Who tf would ask a nerf for Arrow Storm?
Also except Qi Trap?

should feats overall be nerfed/tweeked yes yes they should
a feat should be a force multiplier not a quick kill action
a feat should enhance not negate a aspect of the game a feat should allow counterplay not force players to stop fighting or allow them to actvily stall for too long (COUGH COUGH TIANDI! COUGH COUGH)
feats should not punish another player for out playing the other player (as a person who uses last laugh due to a stratergy i run with freinds)
tldr: feats overall need nerfs and buffs feats should not be smoke bomb level of cheese where when place right allow mid fight healing.
healing feats need a change overall.
come at me is a great feat that offers a risk reward to the player you are weaker and will die faster BUT if you beat your opponent you heal and get a huge renown boast. while also having to weigh between conqeror or body count ...............actual thinking on your play style. opposed to meta states i use one thing (haymaker)
The issue with fire flask is that it 1 shots and can be easily set up by teammates to turn it into a squad wipe, traps can be hidden in the floor and often have obnoxious effects that are not fun for anyone dealing with them *coughBearTrapcough*. And as far as arrow storm, it brings you back to that squad wipe feat thing that is a problem. Also healing feats deleting fire is another issue entirely.
