The game is highly unbalanced
I've only played this game for 12 hours and it's clear to me something is really wrong in pvp, 1 on 1 matches 'cause this is what I've managed to try extensively for the time being.

The game should split heroes in categories and when a match is done only heroes from the same category should fight. It's absurd to fight with an assassin against a juicy viking.

Cheers.

Maybe you are right about the fact you can win with every hero vs any other hero, but it's clear to me that in several cases the differences are downright insane, even if the heroes are rated easy, medium and hard.

For example it's not alright for a dude with a big axe to hit almost as fast as an assassin with smaller blades, thus being easier to handle.

Sure maybe I just suck at being an assassin, but is kinda weird that after I've picked the first viking from, you know the vikings horde (the one with the big axe), I've started to win almost every match. I know assassins should move a lot try tricks and stuff like that, but still I think the work to win with this kind of a hero is insane compared to others.
yes the game balance is kinda poop, but liek i say theres only like 2 heros that really break the game bee nshinobi and afeera everyone else is fair fight and can destroy, assasins are hard to play, cause of the reflect option they have and the fact they dont have a guard stance so yeah i can see u losign with assasins, and yes the vikign with the big axe is ez to use and he have super fast lights low llv player wont react and thats the reason u started to win so yeah my bro assasins are kinda hard to use apart from the others and raider is a ez hero that is good to use to learn the game

12 hours and you're complaining about balance? You don't have a clue

I don't have to be a Formula 1 driver to be able to judge if a regular car drives well or badly.
He just uses his brain, thinks about it and comes to the right conclusion. Ubisoft itself has published the (current) numbers in its last patch notes. between a light assasin and a "slow" hero of the heavy class are between 200 to a maximum of 300ms on average ∅250ms. This difference is hardly noticeable. The average reaction time of a human is between 180ms and 350ms. So it is worth mentioning that it is harder to react to light attacks of an assassin than to those of a heavy hero. But that doesn't justify the big difference in damage values. In the end he is right. The extra effort to learn the playstyle of an Assassin is not worth it, because he is harder to play and does less damage with the same number of hits...

In the end, we all just play assasins because they offer more movement options and it's fun to improve or train a special skill.

It's not always the way of victory that is the most fun, otherwise I can also recommend heroes that can handle one-shot kills. :neon_happy:

Neutral light attacks are universally 500ms regardless of character. I have no clue where you're pulling these numbers from.

the easy/normal/hard and class layering is outdated to hell and back right now, an assasin and heavy are very similar now other than reflex guard, so don't guide yourself by reality standards and the outdated classes and just learn the game for real

Perhaps you simply have underdeveloped analytical skills.

In 12 hours personally I can read a 250 pages book, and learn many things from it. This being said I have no problem whatsoever to learn, in the same amount of time, the moves of a hero or two from a video game, especially one that's heavily documented on the internet.

@LBK this game is rated 18+, which means no 12 years old trolls allowed.

I uninstalled the game in the end as it occupies too much space from my ssd and I find it too much of a waste of time. Looks good but it doesn't feels alright. @Gaser everybody is entitled to their own opinions, 12 hours is not a small amount of time. You can accomplish a lot in 12 hours if you want to and you're committed.

In all its honesty to make an opinion about a video game shouldn't take you more than a couple of hours, I've been generous and I've tried this game even longer than it should. To be blunt is a VIDEO GAME, most of them take even less than 12 hours to complete them whole, from start to finish. It gives shivers to my spine the fact that I see people around here that try to prove me you need days even to make an opinion about an UNEVEN VIDEO GAME.

Yeah I mean, from what you have said about the game, you really didn't understand much on those 12 hours, when you compared sizes and what the character was wearing you already told me you came thinking this was a "realistic" game that would "balance" all characters depending on how they look, instead of labeling the post as "this game is unbalanced" you could of just took your time and understand the game how it really works and not from your idea of "realism" and most likely avoided all of the negative feedback this post got.

And you can't just have a valid opinion of a game on that small amount of hours, especially of a live service game, but oh well, you didn't like it so you refunded it, it's fair...
