What are the best perks and feats for black prior?

I would say : Feat 1 -sinister shield , good feat for a teammate especially if you play with a buddy , either that or fast revive, feat 2 is clearly healing ward, feat 3 - i go with oath breaker is a MUST , either that or tough as nails, i prefer the former, feat 4 i'd say umbral shelter is the best , either that or if you want sum more damage , morale booster. I do quite well with sinister shield , healing ward, oath breaker and umbral shelter.

Just keep in mind that this build and his moveset complement the team, so stay in the team.
