Honor and Unity Ornament

Apparently since the last Warrior's Den, the devs have added an ornament for every users that have been considered a good influence to the Community, this ornament is named Honor and Unity and is available for every hero and i was one of the selected person to recieve the Ornament. The thing is, i am not the most active player in the community and i'm not particularly known (i'm legit a random) so how was i selected and how people get noticed and selected to recieve things like that? Because one of my friend which i almost always plays with and that plays FH for a way longer time than me didn't get it.

You get it if you played since atleast marching fire and never got a ban or something.

Ever gotten a matchmaking penalty? If so I've heard that counts against you too, even if it wasn't your fault (like if you got disconnected).

So in order to get a loyalty ornament for playing during MF we'd have had to NOT play consistantly enough to get a random server disconnect 15min ban, which was also an issue introduced around that same time?

That might well be the cause then honestly, can't think of any other possible "bad" behavior I might have incurred.
