Bucket helmets and noobs

Is there any specific way to obtain one of these helmets? I've been trying to figure out how to get one but I cant seem to find any information does it drop like normal gear at the end of a match? Do I need a specific reputation?

First of all what hero do you play?

Currently only Warden and Conqueror have some classic flat topped crusader helmets. Warden has great helms that you can get right from the start and Conqueror has his pot helms. They should all drop like normal gear, but much is dependent on luck.
