Honor and Unity Ornament

So for the anniversary it was said that important members got this special ornament, I'm just wandering what the requirements were to obtain it.
My thoughts were either Open or Closed Beta, or Dedicated server thing, all of which I missed, but have been playing since Season 1.

Reason being is because I've talked to some people who haven't taken part in any Betas, and have only started playing as of about a year ago, but the ones I've talked to both play it on PS4.

Was this a Playstation exclusive? Or is there something more to it?

EDIT: Even talked to someone who has played the Beta, and done all that but hasn't gotten the ornament. The plot thiccens

hi about the new free ornament they mention it on the dev stream last feb 14 2019 they said all player played since the start of marching fire until now all players granteds that ornament you can check the link below for more details you can also start at 19 minutes 46 sec on the video :)

There must be some sort of mishap then because I've been playing long before Marching Fire and still have yet to receive the ornament, I did get the exp boosts and crates.

I have sent a support ticket in so I guess I'll see where that goes
