How to kill Seijuro

Whats the easiest and fastest way to kill him without too much fear of him ripping me to peices?
He seems to combo his attacks way to fast and avoids guardbreaks when he sidesteps.

Unless you're playing on realistic. It's the same thing as fighting any other orochi. Block all his attacks until he runs out of stam and has to retreat then feint / try to parry, and if that doesn't work just light / light if you can't gb since you'll also be playing orochi. Make sure you have second wind feat equipped though. You can also go for a deflect into heavy if you're feeling risky.

just kidding i did it im sort of an idiot. I litterally got a few hits in, lost my health. used the health regen perk. run around until it replenished, and then repeated. worked very very well.
