PvAI's small community is chill for the most part and sometimes is just people farming reps or orders minding their own buisness; You'll even get to see players that will help you get an execution when you're low health and such. Of course you will always find the pvp salty rat who crawled out of their hole to ruin someone's day but they are pretty rare; as I said, bot players usually just mind their own buisness.
I wish you could choose the AI level whenever you enter a lobby, just like you can vote for the map, instead their level is decided by the MMR from the whole lobby, so if for example you're low MMR and you get matched with high MMR players who get lvl3s; you will most likely have lvl2 bots or lvl 1 bots because of the lobby balancing. This does not apply when the match already started; if you got into a match you'll get whatever the bots the people who were in the match already got.
Imo the most entertaining bots are the lvl3s (all I get in breach) or lvl 2s, lvl 1s are just plain boring.
