I would say that Jormungandr seems fairly well balanced.
To be honest, an 80 damage OOS punish is pretty standard - although him getting it from a hit may be questionable, which I guess is what you're taking issue with
Now all they need to do is increase the stamina pool for almost every character in the game so that OOS doesn't happen nigh instantly upon mounting an offence xD
My bad. I'm remembering from a long ass time ago before they changed the knock-down wake-up... when that WAS the standard *shudder*
Either way its pretty easy to balance, making the floor pin deal 30 damage would probably be a pretty good value tbh - its not like shamans' bite where you're not so likely to land it after all.

I know, I was commenting on that bash not being very useful, if you re-read my post - I actually like that none of their bashes confirm damage when you have stamina, it focuses the character into what they should be doing rather than just using bashes over and over for their damage
