Ubisoft System Warning PLEASE HELP

hi, my pc is running fine and it does 200 fps at max graphics. i still keep getting the ubisoft warning about my system being to low. there is no x or close out option. so, i need yalls help. how the heck do i get rid of it???

i have 32 gb of ram and a 2070. i just mean like.....how do i get the bubble away?

i get that too. just shift+f2 for uplay overlay and click on the cross on the bubble.
