Shinobi's death quote

The shinobi says something just when he's about to be executed, and i'm not sure what it is, but i've heard several times and it sparkled my curiosity. Anybody familiar with japanese can confirm?

"Koko made ka?" Translates roughly into: Is this the end? or is this it?

Orochi also says this randomly on death.

Sometimes u can also hear the same phrase when mobs are dying too. And if im not mistaken it is:"koko made da" or"koko made ka ". "Koko made da" literally means "Up until here". But it's also an equivalent phrase to "That's all / That's it." Particle "ka" in japanese means question, so its more likely shinobi is asking he`s final question:"Is that it?" \ "Am i to die here..?"

Orochi only utters those as his last words when he dies without being executed.
There are also a lot rarely hearable quotes for the samurai.

Kensei for example calls his opponents Naive "Amai" when he seldomly gets a parry or "Migoto" Splendid or Brilliant when he dies

Orochi also seems to say something randomly when he blocks an attack.
