Really ? 2-3 Reps is a LOT of playtime, if you spend that much time "training" against bots with a new hero, you'll end up frustrated as soon as you face real players. Who the hell train for 3 damn reps before actually trying to play for real ?
Go into training to figure out her moveset and as soon as you feel comfortable with her controls, just play whatever gamemode you're interested into, against whatever you enjoy the most (AI or Players).
I don't know what you think is a "bad player", but I wouldn't say Valkyrie is good for one (except against other "bad" players I guess).
If you aren't decently comfortable with the game's basics, you should practice that first (the hero you choose doesn't matter much in that case). Since you call yourself "bad", I guess you have trouble with these basics and in that case, any hero might feel kinda "meh".
If you expected an easy hero that require less effort to be efficient than most, Valkyrie isn't for you I'm afraid.
Would say she can do some dmg, just don't expect it so much when on ur own.
