Try to do it when you're actually stuck, it's not a fix to prevent the glitch from happening.

Hey guys,

We've seen your reports on this and are actively investigating what's going on. if anybody is able to provide steps to reproduce that it would help, as we have seen it in the office but it's not consistent, making it harder to track down. This is our highest priority right now and the online team is on it.

steps to reproduce:
play the game. by play i mean fail to play. seriously though i dunno i got the bug now and ive restarted teh game, steam, and uplay 10 or more times and i cant connect at all

10/10 times it happens to me when I ALT+TAB during lobby search.

It doesn't seem to be reproduceble, but sometimes the clock won't tick and it'll still go through the MM functions and drop you into a match if you wait long enough. Anyway it happens to me the most if when i freshly load up the game and mash buttons to get into Dom as fast as possible from the start screen/connecting to servers load screen.

Press button, connect to servers, mash buttons to multi, select game mode, mash buttons even faster.

If it's anything the game's installed on a mechanical drive, not a SSD and sometimes it'll drop me into a match before the war map finishes loading.
