there is a theory in game design called Nuke theory. the concept is that you can give payers all of the coolest weapons to play with it wont matter if you give them a nuke because they will just use the nuke to win. Its the idea that when you design obstacles you have to keep in mind the most optimal way of overcoming it, because thats what players are gonna do. you cant just sit there and be like "well im sure that they will just play the way i want them to".
Orders are important, so they need to be done.
Our time is important, so getting orders done quickly is important
The quickest way to get dom zone caps done goes against the best way to play dominion as a team member
Just finish those orders you find annoying fast with bots then, so no harm is done.
badly designed, prob. some of them yeah. That's for sure.
I love this game, and i put up with its glitches and crashes, i put up with its greedy incentivized microtranactions, but it just really bothers me that this one particular order had no thought behind it and they can just get rid of it without any reprocussions.
