the break mechanic.
If teammates are dead and the break aquires then they shouldnt respawn. but they do, which is broken in the sense, imagine this, you have 1 teammate left, your team is breaking and there is 1 other teammate on the other team and then they start breaking and their entire team respawns but we dont. does that sound fair?

hmmm, interesting point actually.

on one hand of the argument we have the "else the teammates get kekt over unhappy timing"

but on the other hand the ppl that were still alive (usually 1 or 2) die half the times just as the break goes actve or just after that before their newly revived mates can go help them.

im a little torn on this tbf.

The respawn on breaking serves as the last chance for the broken team.
So its kinda okay.

What?

Are you saying that once the enemy team starts breaking while you're already breaking. You should respawn?

If so no, that doesn't make sense at all.

I like how it works. It adds an element of unpredictability. In breach, it's just a massive death march where one team is doomed from the start. In dominion at least you can make a comeback. I've seen games get huge reversals at the last moment before.

Interesting thread and you guys make some interesting points. I'll keep an eye on this thread for feedback!

it annoys me how people who are breaking can die again and again but they can just revive each other if they keep surviving i think there should be hard death cap on revives

Seems fair to me. When your team starts breaking, any dead players on your team will respawn... It would be unfair if the enemy team didn't get the same treatment when they started breaking too.

im a little against this since it would hinder the awesomeness of comebacks imo, but i can see why you would think of it:D

I'm pretty sure the only time dead players don't respawn if their team is breaking is when they were executed. The only thing I can't quite figure out is the timing. Sometimes it seems like I can be executed just a few seconds before my team starts to break and I'll respawn, other times I'll stay dead after being executed.

i think its the case of the extra seconds, getting executed in dom gets you handed 3 extra seconds on the timer, if you break after the 3 seconds you respawn and before those 3 you dont, never confirmed that mind but it would explain.

if both teams are breaking all players should respawn for 1 last battle, no respawns. it is unfair that when one team starts breaking the dead players on the other team respawn but the other players dont.

Why fair tho?
The other team is in disadvantage because they were in breaking first.
It likes asking the last one in relay race to wait for the slower team for a fair competition of the players, which is obviously not, because this is a team game.
Your team get breaking first, then dont ask for a fair number.
Anyway, you should search for Dominion guide, this mode while being simple, also has a few things to learn.
