Is Zhanhu even worth it

I like the character, but is he really that great? I'll probably get bored of his simple kit but does it even work? Can he be played as good as PK for example?

Personally: I would call him the only hero I wouldn’t recommend.

His moveset is bland.

He got nothing really special to him. (Besides his dodge attacks, which aren’t great at all)

His fashion isn’t really that good in my opinion.

From the entire cast he is the only hero that I not touch at all.

He's ok-ish in 4v4s.

But much slower walk/run speed than PK.
Damage-wise, I can't tell if he's really a bigger dealer or not, honnestly, you'll only see a shorter TTK when your enemy eats those slow 900ms 35 heavy unblockable finishers, because he thought you would not commit to it.

He probably brings to your team as much as a PK does, regarding team-fights.

Just watch out not to interupt your mates with zones or dodge attacks (sometimes the recovery cancel isn't worth it if you screw your team in the process)

I'm not a huge fan of his 'pyromaniac' set of feats, and his other options aren't that great either.

In 4v4 - just ok. In 1v1 - just forget. I enjoy him quite a lot because of his minimalistic kit, but he's not about being effective at all. Picking Zhanhu is like screaming "parry me, daddy". Maybe, I do not have enough experience with him?

He is an upgraded pikeman.

Hes lacking kit wise, I mean in my opinion even if your get really good with the hero, his kit lacks so much depth that even if your amazing technical wise, the way at which you would show that skill would be very limited.

I'm just saying, from my time with both of them I generally have more success as Orochi than Zhanhu.
