Always searching for wide player rep.
So since last few days im having a huge problem with others players rep. They're usually a much higher reps, than I am (Im 9). I noticed, that when Im searching for the game, other players reputation is set to wide from the begining, It's really annoying, cuz they're logicaly much better, than I am. Is there anything I can do with it? Thanks for your answers

High Rep does not (necessarily) equal good skill. A player might be Rep 100, but if that player did not play for a couple months or maybe even weeks (or just grinded to Rep 100 with Bots [which would of course take ages, but that's just an example]) it would almost certainly not go well for that player to be put in a match with other Rep ~100s who played non stop since launch (don't mind the numbers, just an example).

I'm Rep 66 (Rep 34 on main) myself and got in a match with Rep 70, Rep 11 and pretty much everything in between yesterday, and I had the best matches in a while (which also made me realize how bad I am at this game for the time I put in already).

Devs also said they're monitoring the adjusted matchmaking closely for the next weeks and will make changes where necessary.

On a closing note: Don't get intimidated by a high Rep level, that just means a player put more time into the game than you.

Hope that helps you.

Have a nice day everyone!

While all the above is true, fighting someone with a higher rep score still means that player has more time with the game than you. Ergo, has had more experience and practice than you. So I would still like to say that matchmaking is still as broken as it was before. MAYBE slightly less so, but only slightly.

Well, I just got matched with someone 5 times the rep of mine, Im rep 29 and he was arounf 140 and he played his rep 60 Main. Thats some seriously ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up matchmaking there. This is my only account and even tho I consider myself fairly good at the game I still dont see hoe I am supposed to win against someone who has at least 5 times the experience I have. Plus matchmaking can be completly ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over by friends playing with smurf accounts in 4v4 modes

I havn't really played in a couple months, and it's been pairing me with single digit rep/lvls/perks.

Just for science - im rep 23/lv9 lawbro/with 3 perks.

(should maybe pre-face this actually feels accurate vs opponents vs time not played and it's been fun)
