health question
i need to know something oddly specific, any info on this is appreciated :D

so with the coming goki rework im looking what perks i will be rocking and also what feats would complement it, but i hit a roadblock kinda thing.

is critical health state % based or is it just the last bar?
i remember one shotting ppl either just at the last bar or just slightly over the last bar.

"Critical Health", at least according to Tiandi's Life Leech Feat, is when the Health bar is flashing Red, which is when you get down to below 50 Health, meaning less then 2 bars. If you're specifically asking this because of Goki's "Hard to Kill" Feat, the damage Reduction will be reduced at all thresholds since Goki won't have that extra damage penalty anymore. the exact numbers are as follows.
Full Health: No increase.
Below 130: 5% Damage reduction.
Below 100 (Below 4 Bars): 10% Damage Reduction.
Below 70 (Below 3 Bars): 20% Damage Reduction.
Below 40 (Less then 2 Bars, Aka: Critical Health): 30% Damage Reduction.

i think bastion+vengeful barrier+bulk up is an intersting build
or you can try bastion+vengeful barrier+last stand
both those build increase your tankiness with hard to kill shugo should be able to handle several extra blows +it's usefull if you get gank because when your near death you will be more tanky and perhaps you will get your revenge =>+25hp thanks to vengeful barrier which are affected by your build so if you have a good guard you will perhaps get your revenge a second time
moreover if your near death and you use your revenge , revenge's shield will benefited from your build it will allow you to be agressive and to tank even more
(however i don't know how defense buff stack )

Assuming Last Stand functions like Tiandi's Life Leech, where it considers "Critical Health" to be below 50 Health (Which is a VERY generous number since even without damage reduction you could survive a Raider Heavy assuming it is something odd like 49 HP) Once you get dropped below the 50 Health mark and you're standing in a Zone with Bastion as a Perk, combined with Hard to Kill, you'll have 50% Damage Reduction, Yes, unless a Feat or Perk says otherwise, Damage Reduction DOES stack, so with this build, getting to the Critical Health threshold will effectively lead to having all damage aimed at you being Halved. Shugoki definetely would become a living Wall with this set-up due to his Feat choices. (Note: Anybody who has the Last Stand Perk, I haven't tested where its "Critical Health" point is, so I'm making a generous assumption.)

mostly asking for last stand as i was wondering between bulk up + last stand vs bulk, bastion and vengeful:D

i was on to the same idea:D
if goki rework works out in all area's (not counting the opener thing) than i cant go wrong with a tanky meaty build like that:)

it's interesting but rocksteady is way to good
+i'm not sure if we can stack so much damage reduc (i already tryed both build i cited and i'm pretty sure it don't work as it should a warden heavy deal 28/30 damage when i'm under 50hp while i should be at 50% damage reduc)

ah, gues i'll use my initial idea of bastion,vengeful and bulk then:3
if all else fails i'll use bulk+last instead:3
