I keep losing connection to the servers, Error 0006000152
Everytime I play any PvP game in for honor, I get kicked out of the game with an error message saying that I lost connection to the server due to Error 0006000152. I tried looking it up on the ubisoft and For Honor pages for help and any solution I've tried doesn't work.

If I am lucky I can play at least one or two matches in a row but I will get this message once again. What makes it especially annoying and frustrating is that the game says I have a strong connection to the server with no issues. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? And if say so, how did they manage to fix it?

I'm sorry to hear you've been encountering this.

What steps have you tried thus far? If you could provide a list of them it will help us to avoid duplicates.

Is there no way to manually change which server the game connects?

Well first I reconfig my computer to prevent any background apps affecting the game as according to the Ubisoft support page.
I then disabled overlays from both steam and the uplay app that came with the game when I downloaded it here on steam.
I lowered the graphic settings from the recommended 'extreme' setting down to the lowest graphic setting preset.
I flushed the DNS.
I went through the files and started the game directly using admin privileges.
I even uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it and yet none of it works.
