What does the game mean by "Technical fighter"?

Let's think on this... Two combat forms. One is Defensive, one is Aggressive.

Fine... One form is an attacker, the other a defender. It's up to you to play aggressive or defensive.

He literally told you what a technical fighter is.
It's a fighter switching between stances.
