You gotta work on that, if you feint and he falls for it by dodge attacking, that's basically a free Light Parry. His dodge attacks are slow and fairly easy to parry but count as a light parry (so you get a free heavy). Go into training and try to get that timing right.
A dodge attacking Orochi is a dead Orochi for me. Feinting is usually effective, especially against low level Orochis, but if you want to beat them efficiently, you gotta learn to parry light I guess, or play a Hero with good counterattacks.
If you know how to simply block, they can't do much except trying to feint.
Except the HIGH risk of getting parried and punished ? Especially on Valk, her attacks are so telegraphed and predictable that despite having the same speed, they're way easier to parry than Orochi's lights.
