Where's the counterplay? If you dodge the kick the grab lands. If you roll under the grab the heavy attack lands. If you parry the heavy attack he feints and parries your parry attempt, transitioning into a kick which transitions into an unblockable heavy attack.
The only time he ever uses a heavy attack is after landing either kick or grab. To dodge the grab you need to roll, which requires unlocking the camera and takes longer for you to get back up from than it takes for him to recover from his missed grab.
