FYI, the Guard key mappings are only for if you've got your mouse guard-mode disabled, they're just there to allow people to map stances to keys on the keyboard, they're supposed to be blank by default.

The setting you wanted was under normal Controls, a toggle setting called "Guard Mode Mouse Input", having that on is what allows you to change stances with the mouse, there's no mapping required for that setting.

If you want to return guard stance control to the mouse (if i got it right):
then check common (not advanced) control settings. There is a field that on\off guard with the mouse.
