Is it possible to import ubisoft game data to steam
okay, short weird question, i own both For Honor on Uplay and Steam, if i copy the data from ubisoft one to the steam install folder then check resource it, will it work normally? because i have ♥♥♥♥ connection in my country and redownloading all those size took so long to finish

it is possible to move for honor data from uplay to steam. just copy your for honor data to steamapps/common directory then install the game via steam, it will detect preexisting files.

why would you download it twice anyways? even if you own the game on steam you still have to play it through uplay anyways.

This works but the folder naming system is different

in uplay is ForHonor and For Honor on steam just install as it will detect pre-existing files and download 2.1gb as both are different clients.

All you need to do is get the game through steam, start to install it so it creates the subfolder, stop the download, move/copy (move is faster if on same drive) from for honor uplay to steam for honor directory.
Once that is done start the game from steam, it will then verify and patch it accordingly very quickly to create or link current accounts, then play as normal. You can then remove the data from uplay or from steam to ur preference to save disk space.
