Generals don't usually fight on the front lines, they give out orders and make decisionst. In most countries before or during medieval times generals could very well be fat or unfit, because they didn't need fight themselves. Jiang Jun isn't fat either. His stomach bulges out a little but that seems to be his armor, not his actual fat. However, seeing as he's an old man, he should by no means be able to move as he does.

You could read this entire text. ot you could accept that video games are video games and if Jiang Jun were to move age-appropriatley, he wouldn't be able to do much at all.

Find anybody who's like 250-300 pounds and 6'5"
Tell them to leap to the sides or forward or run
Odds are they can do it pretty quick
If they know how to use their weight and height they might even be able to do it faster than you
