Try contacting Ubisoft Customer Support? I've heard this happen with players a lot for any DLC for any game really.

Completely exit Steam, completely exit uPlay.

Start Steam. Run For Honor from Steam.

UPlay should start and prompt you to confirm that you want to link Marching Fire to your uPlay account. Hit confirm, and For Honor will start with the MF content unlocked now.

If you open up uPlay, and click on your avatar in the top-right, then go to Account Information, and then My Games, For Honor should be listed there. There should be an arrow on the left to expand a list of DLC under For Honor, if "For Honor : Marching Fire Expansion" isn't listed there, then yeah contacting Ubi is your best bet.

As Windzor mentioned, try searching under the list of DLC for For Honor and if you are still unable to find it, please contact our Ubi support here: https://ubi.li/tyxgj

Just went through the basic song and dance with Ubisoft. What worked for me personally was going into the local files, and setting For Honor to NOT run with administrator priviledges. This prompted UPlay to ask if I wanted to link the content.

After doing so, EAC failed to launch, but this was remedied by setting For Honor to launch with Admin Permissions once again. I have no idea why this two-steps forward one-step back approach worked, but it did.

I've heard unlinking and linking sync of Ubisoft products on the website fixes the problem.
