There's a youtuber called freeze that makes videos about like the math of For Honor.
I'll link to one of his videos (watch the first few minutes).
For Honor - Guardbreak Vulnerability or "Why does my GB bounce off?"
https://youtu.be/8QeWMxbnZIk
i consider my reflexes to be pretty sharp and i'm pressing the gb button automatically by muscle memory every time my opponent does it and it's still not good enough...
i fail to gb like 3 times out of 5 and god knows i'm pressing that button as fast as it's humanly possible to react to something.... only time i can easily break grabs is when i know my opponent is gonna do it before he does it.... but on pure reaction it's just not working.. i'm like a milisecond too slow or something
It's important to note, however, that if you miss a heavy, or dodge, and get GBed, it will be impossible to escape.
my problem is timing ( guarding attack , some dodge , trying to counter enemy attack ( play as orochi )
