Can you be more specific?
My bugbears are kensei and conqueror. I despise those classes. Shaman is strong, and good shamans (which I am not) can wreck you in a hurry, but "I have trouble against shaman" =/= "Shaman is stupid."
No offense, but your green is showing....
Shaman's jump grab is actualy quite hard to dodge for newer players and is actually a very difficult move to counterbait. While i agree its incredibly telegraphed, it also locks on if you dodge at the wrong time and is guarenteed under certain circumstances.
Shaman is similar to HL in the sense that she punishes people very heavily for not being able to couter her kit or dodge her.
A good hint for counter shaman play is to wait till she jumps back -DO NOTHING- and wait. If she cancels, then you just avoided getting bit, if she jumps, you'll have -just- enough time to dodge.
^ 100% agree.
And conq is quite easy for me to beat on law. His sb isnt nearly as bad as people make it out to be. It just takes alot of practice to dodge at the right time and on the right queue.
EDIT: one you figure out how to dodge his sb.... conq = garbo
Kensei i totally get though. His "deflect" and his cancels are super good. Wouldnt nerf a thing about him, but against a good kensei... oh man, its challenging.
Also it gives back health and takes a ♥♥♥♥ ton of yours. For an assassin yeah it's pretty retarded really.
It's not just conq's sb, but his infinite light chain—it feels like orochi speed to me, and I'm too slow to manage it. I have similar problems against aramusha. Mind you, I'm a relatively awful player with an unfortunate addiction to this game.
But Kensei, yeah, he's an annoyance, but a balanced annoyance.
Ahh, his light spam is a pretty bad thing honestly. If he hits you from the left, he only has 2 options to attack from. If you can parry even 1 light after taking 2-3, you still win the trade for the most part (if you have a follow up light attack).
But yea, i definitely get the light spam annoyance problem.
I can't dodge it, the window for dodging that grab attack is small, and the worst thing is that she can get it by going for the grab attack after pushing me from a normal grab and she gets it unlike shugoki who needs to throw you at a wall before his grab move can catch.
it's not hard for her to land a bleed attack with her super fast attacks, I don't have good reflexes to even guard all her attacks because they are too fast, even aramusha doesnt feel as fast as shaman when I face him
Well, I'm quite slow myself, so I can certainly relate to that. Not sure what to say, other than some of us might just be inately bad at this game. XD
be carefull when she is going to pounce she can feint it
is she's close and she want to pounce be agressif if not be defensif
Learn how to dodge bruh, ever since people said she was broken i kept a tally to prove them wrong
25 shamans 4 bites ever happened to me, i always ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dodge cuz im not stupid and when you dodge you can punish her big time big time
