I don't think you can deflect but you can parry them. It's taught in the advanced training.

dont be spreading false information you CANNOT deflect unblockables.. this is coming from someone with over 1k hours on uplay

You can't deflect unblockables. You can manage dodge timing and direction to dodge them.
You can't parry non-directional unblockables like Warden's Shoulder Bash or Centurion's Kick. Then again, you can dodge them. Keep in mind the move's properties like tracking, hitbox, possible feint options when you decide to dodge.

No, that would make the Unblockable attack, TECHNICALLY, blockable.
if you see that warning, DODGE / Roll Away and call for help.... Seems to work for me, sometimes, depends on who I am playing as, and who I am playing with

An unblockable attack can must be perfectly block or you can also dodge
