dunno, but maybe if you state what problem you are having then maybe we can help some other way just in case?:D
fps issues, i have Geforce GT 630, which is pretty bad and to buy a new one would require alot other compatible components. dont ask me how it works, my uncle told me that if i run it on directx 9 ill get better fps, im not an expert. i love the game and having 12 pixels on my screen wont stop me playing the game

oh wow thats prtty unique:o
Apparently previous versions of the game did support directx 9 and 10 but as the game improved they tweaked and updated the game's engine to the point that shading and rendering is bound to directx 11,so I don't think the game's engine supports inferior shading/rendering techniques such as dx9/10 anymore.

other compatible components? like what? sure your card could get bottlenecked by the cpu, but far as i know, there's nothing else that's an issue.
better gpu would require stronger pwer supply and maybe mainboard
