Centurion's unblockables aren't very far from being the most easily parried unblockables in the game. It's just that you just got back to For Honor. As I said, take it cool, try to not get frustrated, and you'll get used to it in no time.
Because there's no reason for you to ever be hit by the those heavies, as he has no way of forcing a reaction or a guardbreak, while his "several unblockables" chained together that you mention, only confirm one combo: the charged jab into Eagle's Talon. Unless it's a charged heavy into charged punch, all of his unblockables are entirely avoidable, easily reactable and almost always punishable.
He can do better in team modes (though only in favourable gank situations, as he's a mediocre to bad team-fighter and cannot anti-gank at all) with an ally to disable the opponent so he can actually land a hit, but he still feeds revenge harder than virtually anyone else in the game, and other heroes are far better at ganking than he is.
He's a common source of complaints from newbies because people who don't know how to fight him yet get wiped out pretty quickly due to his high punishes, but keep practicing and you'll reach a point where he literally cannot touch you; it's just a matter of breaking through.
Even tho I think his 65 HP combo still needs to get nerfed because of how easy it is to execute it in a small passage and how much stamina he still has after his combo of multiple hits. They should rework that imo.
So to the tips:
First: If you see him charging a unblockable heavy you should just light attack him. He has no hyper armor during that attack and as berserker your hit lands pretty fast. Also side dodge attack works fine to the heavy finisher or the unblockable kick.
Second: If you see him chargin a heavy punch from NO heavy attack than you should try to dodge it to the side.
Cent is mostly about dodging and interrupting.
His heavy attacks are pretty fast and light also.
Be careful. In good hands he is still pretty strong
The unblockable heavy has a good tracking so you should try to interrupt with a light or parry it. The kick has no tracking so you can just dodge it. Same for the punch
1. Even if you block one of cent's attacks, he can still follow up with an unblockable punch. Just be ready to dodge in any direction even after you block an attack from him. He will more than likely try and punch you.
2. Kicks are extremely easy. Again, just dodge in any direction. Cents will spam these at lower levels of play.
3. DO NOT GET BACKED INTO A CORNER. You cannot win against a cent in this situation. Don't let it happen.
4. His unblockable attacks from the side and top take some time getting used to parrying. Totally easy once you get the timing right.
And that's it. Keep practicing and you're good until you face better cents who can feint into GB and all sorts of ♥♥♥♥. That will piss you off. Good luck <3
