A refund feature would work too though.
It could have the consequence that if you bought Event specific items (specifically BOUGHT these items, not getting them through grinding the game) then these would also be removed, meaning emotes like Howl at the Moon and Sword in the Stone or the House Champion Mythic Outfit would be lost either forever or until they return with the events.
Personally I wouldn't mind losing these items, it's my own fault for not spending the steel more wisely and if losing exclusive outfits, emotes and ornaments means I can reinvest the Steel into characters I do play then I think it's worth it.
But it would be nice if I could undo the outfit, emote and execution purchases I've done for characters I really don't play that don't play at all and now regret buying something as expensive as an outfit or execution for when I have other characters that do enjoy and play all the time that could have that steel put into them as well. Or simply save it for potential new outfits, executions or that new faction coming out, who knows if I find one hero there that I really love to play as, as I have with the three others (Shinobi, Berserker and Gladiator)?
Course I doubt something like it would ever happen, so I'll just have to live with it.
Again though, it'd be nice to have a one chance to undo what is in hindsight poor decisions in regards to spent steel.
P.S. I know this counts as "necromancing" a thread, but it was either that or create a new one, when a similar subject has already been brought up.
