Nightshade Shinobi?

Anyone knows when it's unlocked? At rep 3, level 16... haven't seen it yet

Whilst technically you can get nightshade armor pieces at rep 3 minimum, it isn't super common, so post rep 4 is about when you should expect to be seeing it since blue items cease to drop entirely at that point.

I was lucky to get the body and arms with creates worth of 22000 Steel. Still haven't got the Mask yet, sems to be the most rare one to drop at least for me. So yea I guess wait until rep 4 and you should get it.
