I hear PS4 has a larger population though, not sure if it is true or not,but just pointing it out.
I heard the same from a guy I dueled that came from console to PC. He also told me PC players are better overall than console players. Probably because of the frame rate diff you mentioned
Of course this doesn't have to do with parrying only.Openers such as warlord's headbutt should be harder to react as well. This forces people to either be really good with slow heroes or just spam their fastest attacks non-stop.
In PC due to the frame advantage people feel more confident about parrying and playing mindgames with slower moves,so the situation is different.
Nearly 80% of your statements are wrong, but its nice to see that butthurt people still want to manipulate casual players to buy a game thats only flawed in High competetive play.
Except that none of that is true. The game isn't bad at all, basically any class is viable and people play them all, often. The game is far from dead. I play FPS games with smaller communities and no one says they are dead. The salt is strong in this one.
I'd say buy it for PC, but wait for a sale. Its a good game, but its not AAA money good.
The salt tastes good. It's also fun to be salty lol we all get salty sometimes
