Remove leaving penalty

10 min ban because i get horrid frames on your map and its me at lvl 1 vs 4 high champion players and i have 3 bots?

Also if it wouldn't be a thing people would be leaving left and right just because their team would consist of new or bad players or that their Teammates are playing heroes that they dislike or that they're doing bad and want to rage quit because of it.

If your teamates rage quit and you are left with only ally bots, get royally r3ctumly creamed and ask for more? Amirite? -_-

For non cognitively impaired individuals that would like to dodge penalties in unfair circumstances (never ending match bug, unfair matches where one side dominates the other with no possible way for a comeback, laggy matches, etc.), simply do one of those:
-unplug your ethernet cable or crash your wifi (on your laptop, not the router). The game will send you back to the main menu without any penalty.
-or minimize the game, open task manager and manually close ForHonor.exe. Once back ingame, you shouldn't have any penalty. Do NOT Alt+F4, that WILL give you a penalty (at least, to my knowledge).

I agree. There should be no penalty. I get that its ♥♥♥♥♥♥ that someone would rage quit, but let them quit and fill the spot with someone else. As a newer player that totally sucks I find it infuriating that I keep getting put into games with godlike players who destroy me inbetween breaths and I have to endure it or face a penalty for leaving. Almost every game is like that and I dont learn how to improve when Im killed so fast every time.

But sometimes they bot's spot is not taken and it's there the whole game feeding renown to the enemy .

Well, thats too bad I guess. They should fix that. Considering 4v4 dom right now says "very high activity" and theres thousands of people online I don't see how there can't be enough people trying to get into a game at any given moment to minimize that issue.

The leave penalty was a bandaid for the game crashing almost everytime someone would leave or join. They figured less people would leave a match if they were penalized for it, instead players just found other methods to leave that were even more unstable for the match than through the ingame leave options.

I agree with removing the penalty. A person should be able to leave for whatever reason they want, at any time in the match that they want. They will already forfeit any match rewards by doing so. The only exception to this I could consider is Ranked modes. Leaving the penalty in just forces users to leave via alternate methods and increases trolling/griefing and toxicity rates.

I agree completely with removing the penalty. It sucks when you are left alone to defend against 4 players with 100+ reps all using high tier heroes.
