How to say in game chat "good fight" "wow"

On keyboard, it's the tilde key (~), followed by numbers (typically 1-4).

You can see it in the UI, but sometimes it bugs out and disappears so you can't see the prompts and just have to do it from memory.

~ key->1->3 for wow,4 for good fight,specifically.There aren't many commands,so once you use ~ you'll easily figure out how to use them by your own.

If it's buged and doesn't show do i have to restart the game ? because several matches it won't show the UI

Yes. You can still use it, you just can't see the inputs for it. If you press the inputs, it'll still display the message.
