Ouch indeed. No wonder why i felt so weak.
The biggest problem with Conqueror right now isn't that his damage is so low, it's that he's so slow that everyone can react to him and never have to make any reads or take any risks, while he has to read everything because once he commits to anything his miserable speed (especially when it comes to dodges) locks him in long enough to ensure he gets punished every time he moves.
