I hate ppl who have 144hz monitor and 244hz!

Tbh it doesn't give any huge advantage. It makes the game more comfortable to play and reduces eye strain. It is not like you can parry a 400ms delayed light with a 240hz monitor.

Frames are almost meaningless for timing, higher frames = higher chance of the frame being timed with the start-up of an attack, therefore faster reaction. however modern frame rates are high enough to make that irrelevant. Unless you play at below 30FPS.
