Sakura has a one shot kill feat?

I was in a game and the enemy teams bp used the broken shield feat, i was at full health not in revenge and the one of there sakura used there forth feat which does a summer salt into over head axe lunge. It completely one shot me. is that a bug? or is that how the feat works cuz that seems a tad cheap.

That's her tier 4 feat, it's rather weak. You can dodge/bash her out of it, and if you think 1 shot kill is cheap, it's a single target feat that's still much weaker than stuffs like Spear Storm, Fire Flask or even Catapult.

Actually all her feats feel rather underwhelming. T1 feat gives her HA on execution, but you can still bash/GB/throw projectile to stop her. T3 feat gives 20% damage reduction that doesn't stack. T2 grants heal on an execution, which is something you can't reliably perform.

It deals 200 Damage, it isn't a straight up "This will ALWAYS kill you" move like a Drop Attack, but it will kill a lot of the time.
