As far as the other 2 go, Hito I personally just find frustrating to fight against mainly due to the variable timing heavies and the quick activation Hyper Armor making any attack that isn't a Bash an unfavorable trade for most heroes, since I've recently finally found a main in Black Prior, that isn't as much of an issue due to the reasons I stated above. And Raider... honestly I've fought so many of them by now that the Stunning Tap mix-up is practically parry fodder, he's a lot better for sure, but once people figure out how to deal with his bull he's just as much of a laughing stock as he was pre-season 10.
Even though I have zero faith in Ubisoft, I am still shocked by the ridiculous overpowered rework they did to Raider. It crossed all limits and shows how little they understand of their own game. It's like they only play in a internal network with zero lag and have no idea how players around the world are actually experiencing the game.
I'm sorry but if you think these are op without realizing that warden is by FAR the best hero in game then you're most probably the one who didn't understand the game.
Raider is a lot less safe than warden, while consistently parrying his stunning tap is not easy, blocking it shouldn't pose you much of a chalenge, if it does, then i guess you maybe aren't someone who should balance heroes.
