For Honor
how about a chinese based warrior for samurai faction?
Makes more sense than centurion for knight or highlander for vikings.

most of people know Samurai coming from Japan, why have Chinese here ?
most people know knights are not the same as centurions why have them there? Most people also know highlanders are not danes (vikings are danish) so why have them there?
just poor Knight and RIP, don't make that mistake to Samurai, pls xD

so add a warrior from 3 kingdoms then. Heck add Cao Cao or Guan Yu. I just don't get why you are so against it. Espeically when your whole argument does not apply to any of the other factions. It's like you are biased against china or something. 5th to the 15th century is the medivial age, roman age is 753 BC to 27 BC and then from 64 AD to 1453 AD but centurion is ok?

why not? The game is already unrealistic as ♥♥♥♥. not adding certain warriors won;'t make it anymore realistic or accurate.

A Chinese Samurai is very much possible, since being a Samurai was more or less a profession, an individual in the service to a Daimyo.

There are at least two known "Western Samurai" named William Adams (yes, the main character of Nioh was named after and most likely inspired by him) and Jan Joosten, it's not unheard of that outsiders of Japan became Samurai, but it was very rare.

So a Chinese warrior being part of the Samurai faction isn't an impossibility, just really odd since the Samurai speak Japanese, exclusive to Japan.

The again, the Highlander is celtic/scottish, so he ought to speak Gaellic Scottish and not Old Norse/Icelandic...
And centurion speaks the language of the Romans. Not what the knight speaks.
Centurion speaks Latin, so do the other knights.

lol yeah I admit I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up there. But still, centurions are way before the time of the knights so if centurion can be included then I don't see why a chinese warrior can't be included even if it was past the timeline of the game.

and heck if you are worried about chinese warrior being too similar to japan, china has plenty of unique weapons.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ji_(polearm) this is just one of them.
Samurai is not Korean or Chinese xD, new faction for them is very ok, and they need organization name, like Japan organization name is "Samurai", Chinese will be "Yongshi" and Korean will "Jeonsa", i thinked

that would be fine with me too, but I doubt u bisoft will add any new factions. Like highlanders are not vikings and centurions are not knights yet look at that? and too much factions doesn't really do much seeing as the meta game is built around samurai verse knights verse vikings. Maybe just make a mercenary/freelance faction for the other warriors that do not fit in the current factions. Like the highlander and centurion.
And really I sugested china cuz I am chinese so I want to see my home country represented more, but I am ok with more exposure for any other asian cultures like korea, mongolia, nepal, even india I would be ok with.

Scandinavian is more correct for Vikings, Danes, Norwegian and Swedes are all considered Vikings, each has contributed in some part to history, the Swedish vikings for example travelled east and took part in founding the Rus people and some of the Byzantine Imperial Guard, the Varangians, were Swedes.
