Get grabbed
The good news is that every class with a dodging attack (except maybe Nobushi?) has a fast light attack option, so they don't even have to dodge. Just slap that Warden.
Edit: Exception — Conquerors, Lawbringers, and other Wardens can do a sidestep unblockable bash/shove attack, so that's still on the table.
bash feint has long delay, if you cancel the vortex and the other guy throw a light you will not have time to parry it.
Nobushi dodge heavy its really fast.
Most of the Wardens bash the first time and GB the second. Most of the time, if they GB the first time, they'll try to GB all the time. If they realize you're CGBing alright, they will try to bash one, and then GB again the next.
Try to read what he's gonna do next is my tip.
This coming from a Warden player.
or just throw a light.
Sure.
It doesn't hurt having in mind what I said tho. It's impressive how 99% of them fight alike.
its safe, if you get caught in a vortex canceling bash will take too much time to parry the light.
