I know there is legendary gear (gear with a star) for the weapon slot.

Someone found legendary rare gear for armor aswell? (gear with a star behind the name)

Pretty sure the star means its based on real life weapons and armor rather than thought up at Ubisoft. Could be wrong.

So i did some digging, its just a rare item. Rarer that regular purples but still purple. Id keep it even if the stats are ♥♥♥♥♥♥. And its not based on real life weapons/armor.

The star means that the item is rare. And there's only for the weapon (3 parts) or in Conq or Warlord, its the weapon and the shield. They don't have anything extra that the other stuff has, just the looks.

Coincidentally, the legendary items are just blech. Too ornate to be cool looking imo. Kinda wish there were more styles of Legendary weapons, maybe some heavily chipped/damaged weapons that show they've been through alot of battles... Something other than what we currently have :/

i have a few bits but they are just purple gear only thing diffrnt is the star dont see the point

Am I the only one who usually prefer early game gears over late game ones?
I mean, some of them look pretty cool (The unic legendary blade of the Nobushi's Naginata is the only one I have and it's one of the few that looks awesome to me) but the majority looks over flashy and don't feat with the mood of the game.

The rare ones just look too ornamental imo.

I think the gothic looking warden sword looks better than the flashy golden one.
